My Bosch Exxcel washing machine does not drain or spin .The programme for drain or spin around does not work but the wash one does but stops when it gets to the drain process. There must be the possibility of a blockage. Two questions where is the filter. How do I access the pump, I have run out manually taken off the plastic cap and happened little fan like object which rotates freely. I take for granted I necessitate to take away this fan. How do I carry through and is the accurate procedure. Thank you. Any assist would be extremely welcome.

Check under your was sink for the problem. It is usually not draining because you have a blockage there

The fan like object you talk about is the pump impeller.As this is turning freely and there is no debris around it I think the blockage is in the drain pipe.Some machines no longer have an actual filter
